Available positions:
PRODUCTION LINE LABORER
We have immediate openings for hands-on Production Line Laborers (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift). This role requires an active presence on the production floor, supporting line operations by loading, unloading, and packaging products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload production lines according to the production schedule.
- Properly hang parts and ensure racks are spaced and loaded per job instructions.
- Package finished goods to meet customer specifications, including accurate counts and final inspection.
- Prepare parts for processing (masking, wiping, etc.) as required.
- Use process books, visual standards, and basic testing equipment to support quality.
- Maintain clean racks and ensure proper metal-to-metal contact.
- Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently.
- Communicate any issues with quality, packaging, or instructions to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a dependable 1st Shift Maintenance Technician with strong industrial experience to maintain and troubleshoot facility and production equipment. This role will focus on preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting safe and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating equipment.
- Work safely with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems.
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
- Follow PM schedules, safety procedures, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and communicate equipment or safety concerns.
- Work with the team to support production and facility operations.
Qualifications:
- Industrial electrical experience required, with knowledge of 480V, 3-phase systems. Industrial experience is preferred over residential electrical experience.
- HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatics experience.
- Welding experience, preferably across multiple processes.
- Industrial coating experience preferred. Please include where the experience was gained and the types of coatings worked with.
- Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and follow maintenance procedures.
- Must have a personal toolbox with basic maintenance tools. Some tools are provided by the company.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.

We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team. This hands-on role requires an active presence on the production floor, operating and monitoring equipment while supporting safe, efficient production and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Follow production schedules and job instructions to meet output goals.
- Maintain proper product flow through the processing line.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or non-conforming products.
- Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and other production processes.
- Support material handling and maintain accurate inventory.
- Assist with load organization and other basic line functions.
- Assist with training new employees as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
